On 3000m² of exhibit space, objects, art pieces and models represent the history of the Teutonic Knights from 1190 to today. Also chronicled is the development of the city of Mergentheim from Franconian settlement to a major health resort hub. Furthermore, there is a small Mörike exhibit with items from the famous, Swabian poet’s stay in the city. Every year, the Teutonic Knight Museum offers two special exhibits on varying topics.
