Barockscheune Museum

Saturday and Sunday, on public holidays: 11:00AM till 5:00PM

Easter through November 1, and Sundays in Advent: 2pm to 5pm

To discover and learn about the history of the Mainschleife area and the town of Volkach, the Barockscheune Museum is your place.

Of special note:

There are interactive stations for kids that lead to the solution for opening the vault of the city scribe.

Time travel:

Past uses of the building include as a fire station and storage for the city maintenance department. The Baroque building was restored in 2003 and repurposed as a museum.

Adults €3.50, Reduced: €2 per person, Group rate €2 per person, Children and students are free
Admission is free on every first Sunday of each month, plus there is a free guided tour at 3pm.
