The festival in the heart of the Volkach Old Town features many different styles of music and a large assortment of culinary experiences. Volkach wineries and restaurants participate in the event with a common denominator: No matter what music or what food are served, Franconian wine is the centerpiece of this event. Visitors can purchase either one-day or two-day passes and get to stroll from one venue to the next, enjoying the music, food, drink, and atmosphere.
There are eight live bands and their styles range from Franconian Oompah music, to Rock’n’Roll, to Soul, Oldies and Pop Hits. Two venues feature acoustic music that emphasizes vocals and percussion instruments.
